“Lakehouse Farm is a secluded rural property of 25 hectares (63 acres) situated at Main Ridge (between Red Hill & Flinders) on the iconic Mornington Peninsula, seventy minutes drive from Melbourne. The property has beautiful views over the rolling hills and of our large lake. The dwellings are located down a long driveway, away from the main road, so it is very quiet and private.”

“The farm allows you to experience a true rural retreat that is naturally beautiful, private and secluded, yet close enough to Melbourne for a weekend getaway. The accommodation consists of two small houses, with large timber decks attached to both houses. The main house is a cedar-clad cabin with one main bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom. There is a kitchen and living area, with a large fireplace and a bathroom/laundry. The deck has extensive views of the surrounding paddocks and the tree-lined lake, with Mornington Peninsula National Park in the distance. It is very private with no other house in sight. The deck is great for outdoor dining. Then there is the bungalow, which has two bedrooms and a separate bathroom.” – Lakehouse Farm
