“Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac at the Pier-end of town, 2 streets back from the Great Ocean Road with Queens Park to the rear, stands an amazing collaboration between coastal architect Charlie Mina, and local luxury builder George Dragovitch (GD Construction). The harmony of landscape and architecture, accentuated by 180 degree ocean views, and complemented by modern coastal luxury in every interior element, makes this property stand out from the rest.”
“You are greeted on the middle level by an expansive entry where your attention is divided between uninterrupted ocean views through full glass balcony entry, stairways down to more water showcased by the 9m solar-heated pool, and a floating stairway to the master bedroom that begs to be explored.” – Pierview

Perched high within a prestigious, covetable enclave, the home enjoys the privacy and quietness of bush surrounds. “The Pavillion is a four bedroom luxury house with exceptional elevated views of Louttit Bay and the Surf Coast. It is located a short 10 minute walk from the shops and from the Surf Club.”
“The architectural subtlety of The Pavillion from the street is somewhat deceptive. On entry you will be overwhelmed by the soaring ceilings and abundant natural light that graces the upper level. The kitchen (fitted with extensive stone benches and Miele appliances) and dining area are parallel to but separate from the main living area and open out onto an expansive deck which is partially undercover and includes an extended eating space. Whether dining, entertaining, reading, finding a quiet place in the sun or just sitting and drinking in the splendid view this al fresco space is indeed the central hub of The Pavillion.” – The Pavillion

“Desirable for its accessibility and exceptional class, The Black House epitomises the luxury beachfront holiday home. Sitting opposite the famous Lorne Point surf break, the location is nothing short of ideal. Hop across the street for a dip or literally stroll into town for a bite, latte or a spot of shopping. “Clean lines and cutting edge design reveal an inviting open plan living area with togetherness in mind. As with many modern homes, the kitchen is a feature. Running the complete length of the upper level, the galley style kitchen is mirrored by a 6 metre marble table top. This design demands a sense of relaxation and informality.”
