Off-the-grid luxury living at this 3 Bedroom villa in Tabanan
The villa’s main living pavilion in centre with two of the three bedroom pavilions to the left and right. The villa has a wonderful horizon pool overlooking the rugged coastline.
Winding down a dirt track in Tabanan we spotted The 3 Bedroom Villa and were immediately blown away - this is pure beachside seclusion

Twin bedroom pavilion overlooking lush tropical jungle (the beds are convertible to king)
Arriving at the home we were unsure what to expect. We ventured down a bumpy dirt track, uncertain we were on the right path. After a short while we reached the villa entrance and boy were we blown away.
The Belgian owner has created an absolutely sensational 3 Bedroom Villa in Tabanan. This is pure off-the-grid living – with the home generating it’s own water and solar electricity needs.
The home is positioned right on the coastline providing spectacular uninterrupted views. The design encompasses a series of pavilions connected along pathways flanked by beautifully kept lawn and lush garden. There are five main pavilions housing a living zone, kitchen and entertainment and three bedroom pavilions.
The gardens provide an oasis of calm as we listen to the waves crashing and ocean breeze. It’s clear the owner has given thought and attention to the integration of the home and landscape.
Upon entering I was immediately struck by the lily pond that provides connected views of the gardens, pond and green hinterland. Housed below the pond is the twin bedroom pavilion which at first I hadn’t realised – it’s a wonderful form of integrated design.
This 3 Bedroom Villa is positioned right on the Tabanan coastline providing spectacular uninterrupted views
Open living pavilion facing the Tabanan coastline
Enclosed media room with a/c and accompanying views over the resort-like pool and coastline
Open-air living and dining area overlooking the horizon pool and Tabanan coastline
The home exudes a feeling of peace and calm: white walls, a light use of feature colours, polished concrete floors and bamboo screens provide a comfortable and grounded feel. Soft cushion furnishings, plump beds and day beds provide plenty of space and comfort to relax.
The indoor-outdoor flow and use of semi-open living spaces and large balconies provide a wonderful connectedness to the gardens and seaside location.
The 16m pool takes prime position and faces the Tabanan coastline. Scattered around the pool are comfortable sun loungers – though I recommend taking a few cushions and relaxing in the bale hidden at the highest point of the property, amongst the shoreline and trees.
The home exudes a feeling of peach and calm. This is all about escaping the hustle and bustle
The bedrooms pavilions are very inviting: soft linens, comfortable beds and lovely large bathrooms. The master suite has a raised bathtub that provides lovely garden views.
Each pavilion has plenty of space to relax and lounge. The two ocean facing pavilions have large outdoor daybeds. It’s the perfect space for a relaxing afternoon, glass of wine in hand and listening to the gentle ocean waves. Pure bliss.
This home is all about escaping the hustle and bustle and taking time for yourself and spending time with those that matter most. I highly recommend you experience this absolute gem.
