This 4 Bedroom villa in Seminyak blends elements of Balinese design with French Colonial Charm
Evening glow from the two story bedroom and living pavilion
Turning off a busy Seminyak street we entered a quiet laneway. This 4 bedroom Seminyak villa is positioned in a prime location – located a short walk from Ku De Ta and nearby a number of notable bars and restaurants.
Located amongst the hustle and bustle of Seminyak – This 4 Bedroom Seminyak villa provides an oasis of calm and tranquillity
Entering through a small courtyard garden – two tropical palms flanked the path to the villa
We entered the villa through a small garden. Tropical palms and a lovely lawn provide an oasis of calm and tranquillity in what is quite a busy area. The 4 bedroom villa in Seminyak provides a fusion of Balinese and French colonial design.
The home is a series of pavilions built around a T-shaped swimming pool and cocooned in tropical foliage
The home is a series of several pavilions with a T-shaped pool in the middle and cocooned with tropical plantation. The main building is a two-story dwelling housing the 4 bedrooms and two living areas. There are two additional pavilions with kitchen and dining area and a lounge area. There’s also an outdoor BBQ and dining space for relaxed poolside dining. We like the functional setup, social spaces and relaxed indoor-outdoor poolside living.
The dining and kitchen pavilion and living pavilion are separated by the T-shapped swimming pool. The BBQ area also has an outdoor 8 seat rustic timber dining table
Plenty of space for the entire gang to hangout poolside
The home is a fusion of Balinese and French colonial design – the white façade blends well with terrazzo tiles and exposed wooden ceilings. Splashes of colour add a nice touch and expression of individuality
White french shutters providing a reprieve from the bali sun
The home blends Balinese features with elements of French colonial. The white exterior is vibrant and fresh and blends well with the French shutters and terrazzo tiles. The home has lovely high ceilings adding to the feeling of space in the rooms. The interior has been carefully appointed – splashes of vibrant colours show a nice degree of individuality and a modern touch.
The living pavilion is a lovely space and perfect spot for a late afternoon cocktail. Open the bi-folding doors and enjoy the elements – perfect for a late afternoon tropical downpour (with a glass of wine in hand). When it’s time to enjoy a meal the open planned kitchen provides a great opportunity to watch the kitchen wizardry whilst we take a seat at the oversized 8 person dining table.
The living pavilion and dining area is lovely space to relax and watch the world go by – hopefully with a glass of wine in hand
White french shutters providing a reprieve from the bali sun
The home has three lovely king-sized bedrooms with big, comfy beds. There’s an upstairs bunk room for the young ones (or the big kids happy to have a sleepover). The bedrooms look over the pool and garden foliage, providing a nice tranquil setting. Â
